Beachway #5 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Port Aransas's Beachway Community. It is one
of two units in the 12-home Beachway community that accepts dogs, and the combination of a
flawless review record and a pet-friendly policy makes it one of the most sought-after options in
the neighborhood. Groups of up to 10 are welcome.
The main floor is an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space with large windows that bring in
natural light. The living room has a flat-screen TV with streaming and cable. The kitchen is fully
stocked with stainless steel appliances including a gas top burner stove, a coffee maker, and a
large pantry. Bar seating along the kitchen island and a dining table cover every meal from a
quick breakfast to a full group dinner. A half bath is off the kitchen, and the back door leads to
the private pool area. An outdoor shower on the side of the house keeps sandy feet outside.
All three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has
a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a smart
TV. The third bedroom has the most flexible sleeping setup in the unit: two single twin beds and
a twin-over-full bunk bed are on opposite sides of a privacy wall, with an ensuite bath and a
private balcony. A washer and dryer are on the second floor.
The gas top burner stove puts this kitchen a step above the standard electric setup. A full set of
cookware, a coffee maker, and a well-stocked pantry make cooking for the group straightforward
throughout the stay.
The private pool area sits behind the home and is fully fenced. White lounge chairs on the pool
deck offer a comfortable spot to sit while staying dry. The rooftop deck, reached from the second
floor, looks across Port Aransas. Pool heating is available October through April for an
additional fee.
Wi-Fi and cable are included throughout. Smart TVs are in every bedroom, and there is a
dedicated workspace for anyone extending their trip into a working stay.
Keypad entry for self check-in. Free parking on-site for up to three cars in assigned spaces.
The Beachway Community is in the walkable core of Port Aransas, close to restaurants, shops,
and bars. The beach is about a 0.75-mile walk away, or a short trip on a golf cart. Cart rentals
are available near the community.
For groups traveling with a dog who also want the assurance of a consistently top-rated
property, Beachway #5 makes the decision easy.

This community is in the heart of town, within walking distance of local shops and the beach! If you prefer to stay close to home, enjoy a game of cornhole with family, neighbors, and friends, and create fun memories together! BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool

* Pet Policy: Beachway Bungalow #3 is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Dogs that are 45 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and you clean up after them. We charge a fee of $75 per stay (one pet only), please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet so that we can approve of their stay.

* Pool will be heated upon request prior to check-in. Heated to 80-85 degrees. Additional fee of
$50-$100 will be charged. (offered Oct thru April)

We had a great stay—clean, quiet, and very enjoyable overall. The property was exactly as described, and we appreciated the peaceful environment. Although the stove wasn’t working, that was communicated ahead of time so there were no surprises. We did have an issue with faulty fire alarms going off while we were at the beach, but management responded quickly and helped resolve the situation right away until someone could come out and take care of it. We’ll likely book again!
