Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it is right next to the park and 2 other parks across the street. One being a theme park called Pirates Cove. Downtown Littleton is minutes away and offers so much as far as shopping, restaurants, and Pubs. Check out the Melting Pot! Then just off of Sante Fe going south, there are more restaurants and outdoor shopping malls and movie theater. Check out The Platte River Grill if you enjoy live entertainment outdoors during the summertime. Biking and walking trails are all nearby as well as downtown Denver and the mountains.

Our condo has been completely remodeled, offers a pool and an elevator. It is also centrally located allowing for a quick drive to Downtown Denver or to the Mountains.
