The open area floor plan has tons of natural light and amazing views. From the deck located off the main living area are captains chairs for catching a cool breeze while you can enjoy your favorite beverages.
A spiral staircase leads to the King Size bed that overlooks the water, making the mornings and evenings a tranquil experience. A recent addition of a half bath upstairs makes things much easier. A fully stocked kitchen is set for those who want to prepare a meal at home. A large upgraded smart 75 inch TV installed in Sep 23

Located on the beautiful sound front of the Pamlico Sound. This 1 Bedroom, 1 and a half Bath, open floor plan home is perfect for a couples retreat. There is plenty of parking space, a covered area for storage, outdoor shower, grill, cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi, private laundry area, Private dock with great fishing, and launching Kayaks. The stunning views and sunsets are breathtaking! Located close to all the island restaurants and shops. Come and relax.

UNIT DOES REQUIRE STAIR CLIMBING

Please be aware that beach life on Hatteras includes dealing with coastal critters and insects.
We pride ourselves in keeping the house immaculately clean with an excellent cleaner and regular pest control service, but when doors are opened and closed it's possible for a critter to slip in. We ask for guests to have a reasonable reaction if an insect is spotted considering the climate and ecosystem of Hatteras Island.


Depending on the season, there are possibilities of tropical storms and hurricanes at the Outer Banks.


We do not refund for weather-related cancellations, so please purchase independent travelers insurance if you would like the possibility to cancel with refund due to storm.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

There are multiple flights of stairs at this home.
If an earlier checking is available then you will be made aware and will be free to come on and start your relaxation.

The beach is a 4 minute drive and has a lifeguard Memorial Day to labor day. There are bathrooms and showers at the beach access.

You are just minutes from the grocery store and other surrounding restaurants as well as the dollar general for things that you might have forgotten for your stay.

Plenty of bait shops in close proximity as well as sunset and fishing charters.

There is a community boat ramp for you to access if you are bring your boat with you.

Such an enjoyable trip! Location was beautiful, quiet and conveniently located. We visited beaches in Avon, Frisco and Hatteras with limited travel time. The listing is just as described and the ice maker is a plus. The property is a prime location for a beautiful sunset, and the private dock and boatramp make water sports easy on the sound. Just the right amount of space for my husband and me, but you will need to be able to get up and down stairs easily! Thanls, Andrea for a great week!
