About the host
Hosted by Carl Udeozor
Carl and his partner, Annie, love hosting guests and connecting with people from around the country and world. Carl has lived in the DMV area for over 15 years, and Annie is originally from Charlottesville, VA (just a couple hours south). Outside of hosting, Carl runs a sales/marketing consulting firm, and Annie is an elementary school music teacher. Our goal is to create and curate upscale spaces to offer as short-term rentals for professionals, travelers, and guests alike.

Our apartment pairs an upscale, clean design with a warm homey feel. This unit offers two spacious bedrooms, a large open-concept living/dining space, new kitchen, updated bathrooms, a laundry room in the unit, and access to all apartment building amenities (pool, gym, recreation area, etc). Covered parking is readily available and free for our guests. The apartment is also walking distance to tons of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, coffee, grocery stores, and more.
