The 73.5-square-meter apartment (3 *** according to DTV), featuring 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, is located in a central yet quiet spot on the 1st floor of a restored beach villa in Mecklenburg. It is just 100 metres from the supervised swimming beach (small beach bar; beach chair rentals), separated only by the coastal forest on the cliffs. The view from the 3 balconies (one large, with wooden furniture) looks out over the coastal grove towards the sea. All shops and service providers for daily needs, as well as local restaurants and the central “Haffplatz” with its harbour and pier, are within a maximum of 5 minutes’ walk.<br>The apartment features hardwood floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and tile floors in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom.<br>It includes free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a travel cot, and a high chair (at no extra charge).<br>There is one parking space on the property, as well as a lockable bike shed.

Rundum perfekt

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet, gute Lage, nur ein Katzensprung zum Meer. Viele leckere Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Einfach schön dort!

Ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Genossen haben wir sehr die Nähe zum Strand. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit waren wir am Wasser. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr familienfreundlich, hübsch eingerichtet und großzügig. Und es gab einen sehr netten Empfang der Verwalterin, die uns sogar mit Blümchen begrüßet hat. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Matratzen. Diese waren nicht ganz so rückenfreundlich.
