The host, Alexander, was super friendly and accommodating- even let us borrow an umbrella! The unit was very clean and we felt safe keeping our 10 month old here. The little touches like whole bean coffee, laundry pods, dish soap, and baby shampoo were much appreciated. If your travels bring you to the Portland area, we highly recommend this place!

This place is a gem! Super clean, very quiet, extremely comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and we appreciated all the thoughtful attention to detail to make this a welcoming place to land. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a meal truly enjoyable. We loved how the space is decorated in a simple and appealing; warm and comfortable style. We had a couple things where we needed to contact Alex and he was super responsive, very kind and friendly, and remedied the situation quickly. We really appreciated him! Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was near a street with food stores that offered both regular and health foods and nice places to shop. The owner had every need and comfort in mind with the apartment. Nothing was overlooked. The owner was also completely accessible and happy to help with questions. Highly recommended. We will seek its use when again in the area

I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. From there, I headed west to Denver, Colorado for college and graduate school. I continued west to start my career and after bouncing around the west coast for a few years, I settled in Portland, Oregon.

Why they chose this property

I love the walkability of the neighborhood. Heart Coffee, Proper Pint taproom, and Ate-Oh-Ate Hawaiian food are just 2 blocks away. The core of Woodstock neighborhood is only a 10-minute walk. I also love the proximity to city parks and Reed College, which has a lovely canyon for nature walks.

What makes this property unique

I designed and furnished the property to be somewhere that I would want to stay. Every amenity you'd want is here: washer/dryer, WiFi, A/C, full kitchen and cookware, king bed. If something is missing, please ask. I live next door and can quickly resolve any issues.
