It has a full, modern kitchen, full cozy and relaxing bathroom, an inviting colorful living room with a large flat screen TV with many free local channels in Bristol TN. This enchanting, country-like setting in the city welcomes trained cats and dogs as long as they only eat food and not furniture.
Our guests can relax and enjoy the amenities like AC, and WiFi, as well as the amazing view of our majestic Holston Mtn! The beautiful, vibrant color palette of the private bedroom soothes and invigorates your heart. This mountain retreat is part of fun town with easy hiking within two miles. There’s also an option there for a full hike around Steele Creek, as well as paddle boats and a Nature Center with big bear decorations outside and so many interesting and beautiful native live creatures inside.
The Bristol Motor Speedway is a very close drive of six minutes away. In the opposite direction, downtown is The Birthplace of Country Music which hosts the annual, irreplaceable biggest show with multiple stages and big name artists once each September. Bristol Rhythm and Roots Music Festival will be a memorable, fun experience for you.
The bathroom offers a large bathtub and a state of the art blue-tooth lighted speaker for bathing luxury. Step outside and enjoy the country in the city.

We have a big home and we didn’t need to use our grandmother apartment any longer. It was built originally for a dear grandmother, long-since passed away.

Why they chose this property
This is our neighborhood and it’s so beautiful! We have often walked the three miles downtown some days and the two mile walk to the lake others.
We enjoy the restaurants close to our home as well as those within an hour.
There are so many sites to see that we love it here, and know that you will also.
We love hiking and caving. And We’d be glad to give you directions and tips if you like.
We are cave tour guides if you have your boots, knee pads, and gloves and schedule with us in advance, we’ll be glad to show you some caves personally!
