The condo had everything we could possibly need in order to make our stay comfortable. I wish the listing had mentioned that the condo was on the top floor of the building with only stair access; this made parts of the trip more challenging. Management was great to communicate with & they had fast response times. Garage parking was great & easily accessible. Overall we had a great stay.
Check in was easy & very convenient. Walking up the stairs is killer but it’s because of the elevation too. The condo was nice & clean. It does get very cold downstairs in the night time but they have extra blankets in the downstairs & upstairs closets.

Nicer and cleaner than most Brian Head places and in a good location near Apple Annie’s store. Definitely seemed older than pictured though. Had stray dog hairs on comforters but I guess that should be expected since it’s pet friendly. It’s on the third floor with no elevator which is a little bit of a hassle. The upstairs bathroom light is as broken when there

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Unit heating was inadequate and thermostats did not work. Multiple space heaters and electric oven were necessary to properly heat unit. Hot water tank way too small for more than 2 people as we ran out of hot water on several occasions. Location very good. Pool/jacuzzi/game room facility very good. Property manager excellent and responsive!

Thank you for the feedback. We’d like to add some context for future guests.
The unit is heated by built-in wall heaters, which are standard for winter mountain properties, particularly in corner units. Guests visiting from warmer climates often perceive indoor temperatures differently in winter, high-altitude environments, even when heating systems are functioning as designed. If additional warmth is ever needed, our local team is available to assist when concerns are communicated through our standard channels so they can be addressed promptly and documented.
Regarding hot water, high-altitude conditions can affect water heating and recovery times due to lower ambient temperatures and pressure differences. The hot water system is sized appropriately for the unit and typical residential use, and coordinating usage is recommended for larger groups to ensure consistent availability.
We appreciate your acknowledgment of our property manager’s responsiveness and are glad you enjoyed the location and shared amenities.
