I absolutely loved this place. I felt so relaxed and the fishing was superb. It was very quiet and just perfect. I can’t say enough about it and our host Eric was quick to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back.

Check in and access to the house was just as communicated. The house is in excellent condition, very clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Very relaxing, private, and quiet; and the bay view and dock are perfect.

Great Locations, Very Clean, Dock and was in Great Shape, Beds were comfortable, and Property was nice and relaxing. We booked our Annual Dove Hunt at this location and would gladly do it again. Close to Everything. There also lots of extra towels, plates, silverware, cups, bowls, and even a bag of charcoal.

It was good . The only thing Is that the shower in the master restroom was not working and we couldn’t take a shower there . There’s no light in the back porch . Other than that we enjoy the view and fishing. It was a good experience!

The home is great. Clean and very well cared for. All AC units at Baffin have a tough time keeping up with the Texas sun, but Eric has done a wonderful job adding to the central air with ceilings fans, a window unit in the kitchen, oscillating fans and two floor fans. Best I've stayed at in Baffin. Thank you! The home has everything it needs to be peaceful, relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. Fishing was slim pickings, probably because the water is so warm this year, but the pier is good. Don't park under the trip for shade, it's sappy ha. Definitely would stay here again if welcomed.
