Peaceful Place

Really nice backyard - peaceful - mostly quiet except a few nights of neighborhood dogs barking in wee hours of morning - co host was quick and accessible when extra items were needed - jacuzzi tub and shower were wonderful - pool needs some attention tile is all stained and un-heated water was a bit frigid to swim in but nice to cool off feet at least when super hot outside - comfortable place and nice neighborhood to walk around - felt safe :) would stay here again !

The bed could use a little work. Should provide more outlets next to bed for CPAP etc. The fridge could be a little better as well as providing more than a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. However, overall the place is safe, nice and clean.

2nd stay at this address but different unit

Always easy to work with Sergey and his properties are very nice. Well kept up and have been a great location for our activities in town. I think this unit is my favorite so far, loved being able to sit outside next to the pool with a beer or early morning coffee on the deck. We will be back again! Thank you! Anita

What You’re Looking For in a Temp Stay

Accurate listing description, clean and well maintained, and excellent communication with the host, these are the things you’ll find at this VRBO stay with Sergey and co-host, Oxana. Along with attractive decoration and a hassle free but secure entry, the hosts maintain standards that ensure a consistent quality to my mind. No major problems during my week stay, and a good response time for anything else. And their stay is quiet at a time I needed the rest. So refreshing. It’s hard to go wrong here if you’re looking for a higher quality stay. Recommended without hesitation. Also, this was my first stay through VRBO, and if this stay is indicative of their offerings, VRBO will be my go-to for reliable temp accommodations

My stay at Sergio and Oxana

My stay at Sergio and Oxana, was wonderful beyond words. Clean, decorated in good taste, especially hot tub and multiple shower jets. Prompt response to extreme heat above 100degrees. They installed new portable AC window unit. Botanical garden and pool. Peaceful. I look forward to future stays.
