Laketree Estates is a family friendly community, in walking distance to the coveted Monserate Winery. Our pool house offers the perfect oasis for any season and occasion. Listen to the birds chirp, view the vineyards and escape for a while.
What makes this property unique
Cozy modern private home with exclusive access to private pool, and backyard. Pet and child friendly. We are a 5 minute walk from the Monserate Winery and wedding venue. We are a short drive to the Golf Club of California, Grand Traditions and Temecula wine country. Temecula, Oceanside and Escondido Safari Park are all easily assessable as our location offers easy highway access, while still be nestled back enough to avoid any highway sounds. The estates are peaceful, quiet and welcoming offering a tranquil escape, relaxing working space or a fun family getaway.
