Booking Information:

Peak Season (June, July, August): Sunday-to-Sunday rentals with a 7-night minimum

Off-Season: 3-night minimum

Holiday Weekends (Off-Season): 4-night minimum

Policies & Important Details:

Exterior Security Camera: Located at the front door to monitor occupancy and enforce the no-pet policy. No interior cameras. Camera may or may not be active during your stay.

Strict No-Smoking Policy: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed—including on the balcony.

Rental Agreement Required: All adult guests (18+) must be listed with ID copies.

Non-Refundable Credit Card Fees: Please note, credit card processing fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The Bostonian was lovely. The decor was beach house adorable and not excessive. The furniture was great quality and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with a great ocean view. There were so many little things provided that you don’t usually get. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to return!
