We are at 713 S Ocean Blvd, Surfside Beach, South Carolina.
Escape to the serene shores of Surfside Beach and experience the ultimate beachfront getaway on our stunning 2-bedroom condo. This property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
As a traveler, you'll be delighted by the array of amenities that await you:
NEW SOAKING TUB, NEW VANITY, NEW KING BED, BLACK OUT CURTAINS, POWER STRIPS FOR ALL YOUR "STUFF", NEW REFRIGERATOR, SMART TV 'S., WELL STOCKED KITCHEN.
I supply oven mitts, dish clothes & dish towels, & rugs! I have a Kuerig & a round coffee maker. I have a crockpot, blender & a toaster.
I supply sheets & towels FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT YOU REPORT.
I also supply bath rugs & bath mats. I start out the season will cleaning supplies under the sink. I supply an iron & 1 blow dryer.
You will need to bring all your necessities & personal items, personal paper products, kitchen spices, dishwashing liquid for dishwasher/ sink/ clothes.
You will need to bring your beach chairs, towels, sunscreen. You also can rent chairs on the beach from Beach Services (843) 602-8004 or view their website. www.beachservicesltd.com

Start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Empty refrigerator, and throw away all trash. Put a load of clothes in the washer, then put in the dryer. Start second load

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Sheets and towels are supplied for the number of guests reported. Please bring your own beach chairs/towels, paper products, and personal items.

Tents are allowed up by the dunes as well as the Shibumi Shades. Only umbrella's are allowed on beach so that lifeguard can have vision of swimmers !

Review check-out rules. Start rugs in wash, hang dry ovr doors. Start sheets! Text cleaning lady xxx-xxx-xxxx when you plan to leave!

This was our first family trip to surfside and at the lighthouse. We enjoyed our trip from start to finish.The location can’t be beat - right on the beach and a beautiful view from the condo balcony.The space was incredibly clean and comfortable! My husband and I had a relaxing stay for a week. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to the beach. It has a great deck to sit and have coffee and listen to the ocean in the morning or sit all day long. It is a short walk to many restaurants. Great stay and highly recommend. Bought the condo, and gutted the whole thing with my 3 adult kids! Had a blast! I have been coming to Surfside with my Greek family for over 50 years! It is important that condo be nice, and clean and comfortable! I constantly update so that you may have a great time!

SMALL COMPLEX! (6 units) Spacious condo's 7 blocks from pier and restaurants.! Large condo with HUGE BALCONY!
Back stairway provides a break in the wind, so you can be sunbathing in November! Private spacious laundry room, and well stocked kitchen!

What makes this property unique

When you are here on the balcony with the moon shining down on you, the peace you feel is wonderful! Only 6 units in this complex. You feel like it is your private oasis!
