The second floor boasts four additional spacious bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. There is a covered balcony/deck off the living room - rain or shine sit out and enjoy the view and much more! Your home away from home! The home also comes with an optional studio apartment.

Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.
Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.

Summer season begins in mid-May and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1-week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7-day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long-term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. The rates posted are for short-term winter rentals. Please contact us for long-term rental rates and midweek summer rental rates under 1 week for information.
