Lakefront Living at its Best... Direct Waterfront Property with completely remodeled kitchen and main level Great Room featuring a "Gourmet Kitchen" design with 5 burner gas range, all stainless steel appliances and massive 9' island bar that overlooks a completely open concept main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and stacked stone fireplace. Additional enhancements include a remodeled main level bathroom, custom built-ins and recessed lighting.

Outside the decks have been improved with the addition of a cable railing system that opens up the entire view to the lake and its spectacular sunsets and shimmering expanse. There is also a fire-pit area as well that features composite Adirondack chairs and a propane fire-pit that sets the mood for a relaxing sunset as you sip on a cocktail and let all your worries melt away.

Cypress Point Lake Lodge is located on a bluff with fantastic views of beautiful Lake Greenwood. The property is designed to be relaxing not pretentious. Come take off your shoes and enjoy lake front living at its best. You may never want to leave!

This direct lakefront home features 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths. Full length upper and lower decks provide ample outdoor space for enjoying the spectacular lake and sunset views.

Spiders and Bugs: There are bugs and spiders around. Our windows are sealed, and have screens, and we do all that we can to minimize without affecting the ecosystem. Spiders on or around the deck are unfortunately a natural consequence of living directly lakefront.

Safety: Please note that we have outdoor perimeter security cameras that cover the driveway, front porch and rear of the property for safety and security.

Stunning Views

Gorgeous Property with an absolutely stunning view of the lake, the sunsets are magnificent. Plenty of beds and amenities, the fire pit was our groups favorite spot.

Beautiful house & beautiful view!

We have been staying here for years and it is always a wonderful experience. But this year they have completely renovated the place and it is AMAZING! Brand new kitchen and so many wonderful touches throughout the house. Felt like something off an HGTV show! :) Once again, the sunset view from the porch took our breath away. Love this place!

Rated cleanliness 4 as there were multiple cobweb’s in most rooms. Rated location and neighborhood 4 - because to get to any city for food dinner etc was about 30 mins away. Neighborhood is beautiful. Rated communication 4- as took few emails to get questions answered.

Amazing Lake Home

We just spent a week in this Lake home. Chris’s place, aside from being clean, is well equipped with everything you need. All with stunning views of the lake. Just beautiful. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have lake views and the master bedroom’s lake views are simply amazing. The upper and lower decks are also amazing to take in the lake scenery while eating or just enjoying a beverage. You will want to start and end your day on the deck. Don’t miss the sunsets! The house has plenty of room to spread out. Our family also made use of the many games (and puzzles). Just a super relaxing visit. We highly recommend it.

Noisy neighbor

It may have just been an untimely coincidence but the neighbor was removing stumps from his yard so we had 2 full days of a stump grinder running to spoil the tranquility of the lake. Barbecue needs cleaning. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Very Nice and comfortable Home!!!

The owner, Chris was a pleasure to deal with; he got back to us promptly in scheduling our visit. We stayed 3 nights over the recent holiday weekend and wished it could have been longer. Our party of 10 were very comfortable in this home. We found this home to be very clean with plenty of space, there was lots of room for all of us and more. We cooked and found the kitchen to be very well equipped with pots, dishes and plenty of utensils. Some of us fished, others choose to enjoyed playing games inside. It rained one day pretty hard, but we brought along wood for the fireplace so we enjoyed a cozy fire with a glass of wine. We would recommend this home to anyone though getting to the dock would be difficult for the elderly and physically challenged. We would definitely enjoy renting here again.

Amazing home with amazing view!

Our stay at this home far exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful. The views from each bedroom are spectacular. The pictures do not do it justice. We checked in and out with ease. The owner is very responsive if you need him. It was the perfect place for our family to get together and enjoy the holiday. It's a far better deal than staying in a hotel and you can't get the same view by any means. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is immaculate and has all the comforts of home. From the beautiful wood floors to the incredible views. You will surely enjoy your stay. The lake is just a couple deer from the house, so the family can enjoy water activities. We used the grounds to take family holiday photos. Check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

What a pleasure

Our family enjoyed a nice, peaceful week of R&R at this spacious home. Stunning views from 3 of 4 bedrooms. Generous porch/deck space to lounge together and enjoy visiting/fellowship, or separately if quiet devotional time desired. Ceiling fans on the decks made the difference during some incredibly hot days. Downstairs TV area was perfect for catching up on latest movies (Red Box Rental about 12min away). Home rental accompanied by very detailed guidelines, as well as what is available in the area. Only recommendation would be having some fruit/snacks/bottled water for guests on arrival (would love not to have gone out for groceries immediately after driving in) and more paper goods available - relatively inexpensive touches which seem in line with rental price. All in all-- ALMOST 5 star stay. Thank you.

Absolute paradise

This property was incredible with the best views. We were a few soccer families playing in 2 league games that wanted to get the most out of being in SC. This property was amazing and nobody wanted to leave. The grounds and deck area (enclosed and open) were our favorite places to be. Plenty of seating on all of the decks with the most stunning views. The property was comfortable and clean and had everything in the kitchen that we needed. We utilized instacart for grocery delivery upon our arrival. We appreciated the little things that came with our stay - shampoo and cond in the master, dishwasher detergent, a few rolls of TP. The only thing we thought was included and didn't bring was laundry detergent. We needed to wash uniforms and was counting on that being included. The ice maker was out during our stay, which was ok, we just picked up a few bags of ice. If we are ever back in this area, we will 100% rent this property. It was perfect. We did all comment how awesome it would be to have a hot tub in the back!! Thanks for allowing us to rent this beautiful place.

Amazing home, great owner!

I read many of the reviews for this property and felt it was the right fit for our group. But I wasn't prepared for how great both the property and owner really were. The home was everything and more than what the description says. Chris, the owner, communicated clear with fast response times. I expect a day or two usually for responses to questions, and he was way quicker than that and always addressed my questions clearly. Much to our surprise the home was updated from the original pics posted...kitchen is awesome! There wasn't one aspect of this home we didn't love with the exception that we did finally have to leave and no one wanted to! Kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils; bathrooms well stocked with towels; beds extremely comfortable; carpet and flooring was beautiful; and the views...wow! Sunset every evening on the deck is a must! We had a large group of 8 people, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. There are 4 full bathrooms, and none of us ran out of hot water and we even had an 18 year old with us who thinks showers should be 15 minutes, although after day 1 we rectified that. We will definitely be using this home in the future! Thanks Chris!!

From the moment we arrived, this lake house exceeded every expectation. The views were absolutely breathtaking—whether enjoying morning coffee on the deck or watching the sunset over the water, it was picture-perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true retreat from the hustle of everyday life.The amenities were top-notch. Every room was thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen (which had everything we needed to cook family meals) to the comfy living space and bedrooms with cozy linens. Beautiful Lake Home

Fantastic views of the lake! Our family of 6 stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. The home was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and in excellent condition. Owner was very responsive to any questions.
