This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is perched at the water's edge overlooking the tranquil waters of Lake Charlevoix. The expansive deck takes in all the beauty the location affords. The dock allows for easy entry into the lake to go for a swim - or bring your boat and go for a ride! 66' feet of frontage on Lake Charlevoix. There will be plenty of memories made at The Deck House. House sleeps 6 comfortably and is near downtown Boyne City!
The dock is for loading and unloading only. You cannot leave boats tied up as the dock is not secured to the bottom of the lake. There is a mooring ball/pin for your use.
