The Landings is a unique condo development that sits at the base of Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City. As part of the Landings, there is a small boat marina and a pool that is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Just east of the development is the Boyne City Boat Launch, a Gas Station, and full service Grocery. If you like to take a longer walk or bike ride--Veterans Park and downtown Boyne City is close by with variety of shops and restaurants.

This unit is situated to be able to take in the views across Boyne City to Avalanche Mountain and all the way west past Advance. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as the sun comes from behind the condos-- enjoying the morning activity on the marina and the lake. In the evening, enjoy the colors of the sunset to the west.
This unit was remodeled with all season comfort in mind. You can either relax by the gas fireplace with a warm beverage you made from the instant hot bar sink or grab a cold one from the wine/beverage refrigerator. A 3rd Full bath rounds out the space.

From this location, you are just a short drive from enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer: Skiing, hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing and long drives along the Lake. Access to Lake Michigan and other close by communities such as Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City are all a short drive with their own unique offerings. A day trip up to Mackinac Island or down to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes are not to be forgotten. If you really want to get up early-- a day trip across the Mackinac Bridge to Tahquamenon Falls is also doable.
