This place really is great value if you got to stay in the DFW area. I came here with friends and it was an awesome space to sleep and hang out. The host was very prompt with messaging back in case anything was needed. Instructions were clear too on check in/check out

Erykah's place was a great location for our yearly family get together. Quiet established neighborhood with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and area attractions. The house had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults, great kitchen and living area and nice outside patio areas. Erykah was very responsive from booking through checkout. Recommended!

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. Although the listing repeatedly stated that the house was pet-free, there were dog leashes and pet hair throughout the property. One of my friends has a dog allergy and experienced an allergic reaction while we were there. The cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. There was an excessive amount of dust and trash underneath the beds, the sheets had numerous stains and were covered in what appeared to be dog or cat hair, and the house had an unusual smell. The garage was also filled with car parts and junk vehicles. Most concerning, two of the girls in our group stepped on needles in one of the bedrooms. This was a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable for a rental property.Despite providing documentation and photos showing the condition of the house, the host was unwilling to issue a refund. As a first-time VRBO user, I was pleased with the customer service I received from VRBO. Their representatives were helpful, and even they acknowledged the concerns regarding the evidence I provided. Unfortunately, the host was not nearly as helpful or willing to resolve the situation.I made an effort to leave the property in better condition than I found it, but the home was clearly not clean or properly maintained when we arrived.Based on our experience, I would not stay at this property again or recommend it to others. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision before book

We’re a family currently living and camping in Alaska for the summer, but we regularly stay in vacation rentals while traveling, so we know how important it is to have a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped space to land. Hosting allows us to share a home that’s been special to us while helping guests create great memories of their own. We take pride in being responsive and thoughtful hosts who aim to make every stay easy and stress-free.

Why they chose this property

The Gathering House is in Euless, a quiet, welcoming neighborhood that’s close to everything, just minutes from DFW airport, Arlington attractions, and both Fort Worth and Dallas. We loved how central it is without feeling crowded or noisy. There are great parks nearby, friendly neighbors, and plenty of food and coffee spots around the corner. It’s the kind of place that feels like a retreat but keeps you close to all the action.

What makes this property unique

This home is designed for groups and gatherings, whether it’s family, friends, or coworkers. The layout offers plenty of space to relax, share meals, and enjoy time together. Thoughtful touches like bunk beds, a large dining table, and cozy communal spaces make it easy to settle in. Plus, the location is unbeatable for travelers who want quick access to the airport, sports events, Six Flags, or just a relaxing place to recharge.
