If kindness and perfection got married and had a baby, and that baby grew up to work in the hospitality industry, this is the kind of place they would run.I'd give them ten stars if I could. I’m new to Vrbo, but I’ve been using other platforms for many years, so I’m not new to short-term rentals. When I first opened the door there was a very pleasant aroma, soft music playing, and a handwritten note from Justin and Gina. Everything in the entire place was perfect. There were a lot of small touches that made it feel really comfortable. These are clearly people who are very good at taking care of a place and cleaning it, but it was also clear that they care a lot for their guests. Their hospitality is very thoughtful. They’ve also solved one of the great unsolved problems of short-term rentals, which is the ice maker. Most places have an ice maker inside the freezer, and I never use that ice because it looks like it’s been there forever... These folks have a separate ice maker on the counter that was making fresh ice while I was there. It’s one of the few times I’ve actually used the ice at a short-term rental. There’s also a purified water station. The towels, the sheets, and the beds were really the kinds of things you would have in a five-star hotel. It felt very much like a five-star hotel, but in a living format. I got a great sleep, and it was very quiet.
