The management company running the rental is a disaster. They couldn’t get us a working door code so we used the emergency key for the week. We had arranged for mid week cleaners to come in through the management company, but they never showed up. They still have not refunded my money for that. The management company kept saying they were sending messages through the ap, but that didn’t happen at all. It’s a shame because the property is very nice, especially with kids. The owner should fire the management company immediately.

Good Place to stay only issue was the code for check in but I’m sure not always like that got it resolved right away anyway. Just maybe need to update the contact information because there was two numbers one picked up right away and the other number wasn’t going through. But no real cons
