This beautifully designed new construction home offers breathtaking views, luxury finishes, and plenty of space to relax, and play by the water. This home boasts sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, elevator and a private Gulf-View pool. Located just steps from the beach, The Sand Trap is your perfect coastal retreat.

• 2 King Bedrooms both with en-suite baths and one with large master bath, soaking tub, double vanities and a private balcony)
• 2 Queen Bedrooms (each with en-suite bath)
• 1 Twin Bedroom (2 Twin beds en-suite bath)
• 2 Twin Ottoman Sleepers (ideal for kids or additional guests)
• Additional laundry room

We have stayed at many properties! We had some trouble checking in but communication and clarification was quick and easy. Most Beautiful Property! Perfect Location. Kids loved the pool and the separate areas to hangout. We will definitely be back! Only thing we did not like was the comforters were thin and scratchy. Everyone was sharing blankets they brought. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

I’ve never written a review before, but this home absolutely deserves it. From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. Every detail felt thought out, and it made my birthday trip unforgettable. The views, the comfort, the amenities – all perfect. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals, but this was by far the most stunning and amazing. I can’t recommend it enough!

It couldn’t have been a better place.. all of the family loved it.. very comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen, TV’s were great, sound system was awesome.. also grateful for the elevator.. had family with broken foot.. it really helped..The hot tub was wonderful, pool was too, just couldn’t keep it quite warm enough.. Close to beach, across the street… very amazing to waking up & being able to look out your doors & watch the waves.. catching glimpses of dolphins..
