Home was neat and clean and had items needed for our stay. It was very nice they had baskets in both bathrooms of various products you might need and might have forgotten. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was near a few restaurants in the small town. It was at the end of the culdesac and there was a train track right next to the property. I travel with a sound machine so it wasn’t too big of a deal, however this wasn’t listed in the details about the property.
Simple house in a quiet location. We visited in November, and the heating worked well. Very sparsely decorated, my wife would say "it's clear a man decorated the house". Main and second bedrooms comfortable, but twin room beds are very hard. Basic amenities in the bathrooms, but oddly no shower gel or soap. Nice towels though. Kitchen had Keurig coffee maker, but no coffee, which seems odd these days, that's pretty standard. There is a railway line next to the house in the woods, and the train came past both nights we were there, but it's just rolling along, no horns, just train sounds. It didn't waken anyone, I only heard it as I was awake. If you're only using two bedrooms, then this place is absolutely fine. If you're looking for a little more comfort, then it's going to need two new mattresses and some soft furnishings around the living areas.
