Place was spotless; check in very easy and given that it was an unseasonably hot day in October, we arrived in the evening to find the air conditioners already on so the place was comfortable! Really thoughtful.

Horrible experience. My reservation was confirmed and fully paid through Vrbo, and the host accepted the payment. Despite this, the host repeatedly refused to provide check-in instructions and instead asked intrusive personal questions right up until the morning of check-in. While I was already on the way to the airport, the host suddenly demanded that I cancel and rebook because the payment had been made with my spouse’s credit card, claiming it was against their policy.Vrbo customer service confirmed this behavior was unacceptable and cancelled the reservation. As a result, I was left scrambling to find alternative accommodation upon arrival. Very stressful and disappointing experience.
