Welcome to Chicago! Our 1-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment unit is perfect for getaway to Chicago. It's professionally designed with modern furniture and located in trendy Logan Square. Designated parking spot is NOT available, but there is plenty of street parking. Note: -This is a basement unit. If you're taller than 6 ft, you may have to bend down at certain areas in the unit. -There are two windows in the bedroom and two windows in the living room for natural light. Our unit features a Queen sized bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower! There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. The entire place has free and fast WiFi for working remotely. Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. Appliances include a full-sized fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The only things missing are your favorite farmer’s market finds!! Note: This space does not have its own thermostat to control the temperature. It is automatically set to 72 degrees. If it's not hot or cold enough, please contact us and we can adjust the temperature accordingly. Self-check in process with the lockbox. The check-in instructions will be sent 2 days prior to your arival. PARKING: Free street parking in front of the building and around neighborhood without city permit or stickers. We’re all about giving you plenty of privacy and personal space, so we’ll be available by phone (call or text) during your stay. Logan Square is one of the city's vibrant neighborhoods, balancing family-friendly activities and a thriving community of Chicago's aspiring artists, musicians, and independent spirited folks. Make your afternoon stroll or even a bike tour at Humboldt Park and Logan Square, as the community is graced with tree line boulevard and parks. Guests with their furry friends will be delighted because of the dog park right around the corner (Paradise Garden, N Drake Ave). Satisfy your taste buds in Logan Square's top dining destinations. A "must try" is a visit to Dos Urban Cantina, authentic Mexican fare at Mi Tocaya Antojería, the Macanese-influenced menu at Fat Rice and fine dining at GIANT. Of course, for that sweet treats, head over to Logan's famous rotating ice cream shop – Pretty Cool Ice Cream and make sure to line up at Bang Bang Pie and Biscuits. When you feel like drinking, there's plenty of cocktail bars and pubs for the night crowd that you don't want to miss having a few of your favorite games at Emporium Arcade Bar, the neighborhood's popular destination of restored arcade machines. Truly you don't want to miss out Logan Square's appeal of fancy restaurants, nightlife, specialty stores and fab finds at farmers markets, parks, arcade bars, galleries and theaters. You can use Uber / Lyft to travel around the city. -We will try our best, but Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate, especially during the summer. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. -No parties, noise or loud music. We have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. -Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am -No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied. -Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled. -Bath towels are provided per number of guests not per number of stay -We have duvet covers on our beddings (no top sheets). -A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away. -Pets are allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay. There is a dog park one block away.
