This lovely unit was perfect for my 10 day stay in Chicago! It was clean, very comfortable, spacious and located perfectly to allow for walking to beautiful parks, restaurants and the Lake Front! Great garden unit in a lovely, quiet tree lined neighborhood. They clearly take great care of it. Impeccable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Access was easy via lock box. The hosts checked in with us via messaging to ensure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

Property was in an ideal location within a very nice neighborhood. Our group took an enjoyable evening walk to the local brewery for a few beers and food. Easy access to apartment and owners were available for any assistance we might need. Would stay again. Super clean and comfortable.

Just as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Convenient to area shops and restaurants. On street parking was a bit limited but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if your looking for a place in this area.

Nice location and cozy spot

We came for a girls weekend and this was a great landing spot. We were able to walk to Andersonville and Lincoln Square. Street parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need. Be aware if you are a light sleeper that this unit has another above it but our stay was mostly quiet. The shower is especially lovey.

Perfect place on the “North” side

Stayed in the well appointed and beautifully decorated place for an event at Wrigley. Perfect for the weekend. We enjoyed the walk (maybe longer than some would want) but plenty of places on the walk as well as locally for coffee, food, and drinks. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were very attentive and accommodating.

Quiet place near Andersonville

Check in was super easy and the owner reached out during our stay in case we needed anything. We didn't stay much inside because we wanted to explore in the surrounding neighborhoods. Note that this is closer to Andersonville which was in the area we wanted to stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood with a cafe close by. Bedroom was big. Living room had a comfortable couch. There was a kitchen with a stove but we didn't use it. This is a garden level place so there are a few stairs to go down and it won't be super bright from natural lighting. This actually helped me.

Great location for my event in the area; safe, comfortable, and nice amenities. I was a little surprised the front door to the building is kept unlocked, but my unit door was accessible via key and secure key-holder. Would stay again!
