My wife says this was the cutest VRBO we've stayed in. It's a nice, spacious one-bedroom with plenty of space to stretch out. It is at the same level as the Market-Frankford El tracks, so there's a bit of noise to get used to. We would stay here again.

Wasn’t advertised that this was four flights up. Electronic key failed and wasn’t useable. Door was anctu open when we arrived which was scary. Apparently this was true for previous guests, also. Heavy weed user(s) in the building and a late party on Saturday night. Got a buzz from someone seeking entrance at 2:00 am one night. Dishwasher broken, lights over bed don’t work. Thin walled and noisy neighbors. Decent location, good shower and water pressure. Small but functional, plenty of hangars. They were responsive with apologies. Provided a work around for the entrance key issues,

Listing omits 4 flights of stairs to get to unit and that the unit is literally right next to elevated train. Digital lock to unit never worked. Had to call everytime to get into unit. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
