Our stay at Allison's property was wonderful. She's an excellent host, very attentive, the place was spotless and charming, and everything was top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped; it had everything you and your pets could possibly need. The backyard was a real treat for my dogs.Thank you, Allison. This is the cutest and coolest mid-mod house! Allison's a gracious and magnanimous host, and we really enjoyed our stay. I wish it could have been longer, but we'll definitely be back!

The stay was perfect. They also have a nice fenced backyard that I didnt see in the listing. It is right next store to a yummy italian deli. Will definately stay again if I have an opportunity.

Awesome house on the hill!

Great centralized house located in the hill district. Old charm to it as well as modern features. Located directly across from a park with local access to so many things (deli literally 2 houses down). Small back yard perfect for dogs to do their business as well.Allison and Alex were great hosts too! Responsive in all our needs and questions. Checking in was a breeze as well! Highly recommend for your next booking.

Don't let the small size fool you. This peaceful retreat is all you need for a perfect getaway! The living room furniture is very plush and comfortable and the bed is perfect for good night's sleep! There isn't much to improve on! I would have liked a full length mirror in the bedroom (personal preference) and a few more cooking accessories, but with SOOOOO many wonderful restaurants within walking distance it was easy to say "let's eat out!" Alison is a wonderful host and while we didn't need anything extra from her, I feel like if we had, she would have been very quick to respond. She didn't ask for any crazy actions to be taken just to leave - she takes care of everything. We will definitely bring staying at her lovely home again in the very near future!

I am a born and raised StL city girl! The Hill is where I grew up, so I feel so blessed that we are able to own property here, and we do stay at the property quite often! Our daughter goes to St. Ambrose school, and I teach preschool at the Sacred Heart Villa. We have 2 dogs, Buddy is a miniature dachshund, and Daphne is lab mix- both rescue pups!
