Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Sleep soundly in two well-appointed bedrooms. The mobility-friendly first-floor master suite boasts a king bed with an attached full bathroom and radiant floor heating for extra comfort. Upstairs, a cozy second bedroom invites restful nights. Both bedrooms feature spa-quality Anthropologie & Quince linens, blackout curtains, and thoughtful essentials.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cook up memorable meals in a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso & Mr. Coffee coffeemakers, quality cookware, sharp knives, pantry essentials, and a farmhouse dining table ideal for gathering over home-cooked feasts. Forget something? Enjoy local goodies from our FarmBar & complimentary coffee from local roasters.

We encourage sustainability with energy-efficient kitchen appliances, cloth napkins & kitchen towels, and filtered tap water.

Outdoor Space: We keep a BBQ stocked with extra propane for outdoor meals. Enjoy the fire pit & star-lit hot tub.

Ski & Masthope Mtn Amenities: A mere 3-minute drive to Ski Big Bear (on the Indy Pass!) ensures freshly groomed runs and crowd-free skiing or tubing. A complete hiking and outdoor guidebook is included with your stay.

NOTES ON NATURE

Being close to nature is part of the Little Norway PA experience given our rural location. We have bald eagle, porcupine, deer, and the occasional bear visitor! We choose not to use insecticides in order to keep the environment healthy for you and the local wildlife. We want you to feel completely at ease here and are always happy to answer any questions ahead of your stay.

NOTES ON PARTIES

Little Norway PA is best experienced as a space for chill time. If you are seeking a space for a party, we can recommend other areas of the Poconos. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am.

SAFETY NOTE

Our photos show a wood burning fireplace. Our wood burning fireplace is unfortunately non-operational. Guests tell us they enjoy the cozy, easy-to-use electric fireplace in place of the wood burning fireplace in the photos.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please return your passes to the HOA office. There is a mailbox outside for your convenience. Non-return of the passes will result in a $10 flat fee plus $5/pass taken from your deposit.

Towels should be placed in the hampers provided in each bathroom.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely no use of wood burning fireplace. Any use of fireplace will forfeit the security deposit.

Quiet Hours after 10pm. Please respect our quiet community by honoring quiet hours (including the firepit & hot tub area) after 10pm

Firearms prohibited (the property is not a good fit as a hunting cabin)
