Ken is the perfect host! He was quick to respond to any of my questions and very helpful. We loved the cabin, great view, comfortable beds and so cozy! I recommend this for your next visit to the area!
We had a fantastic stay! The cabin is very cozy and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic: the cabin is within a short hike or a 5-minute drive to the heart of the Blue Ridge, yet it is perfectly secluded on a hillside among luscious trees, offering beautiful hikes right from the property. The host Ken was very accommodating and ensured that we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time! Location of cabin was perfect to the downtown area! Very easy access, no winding, curving roads! The cabin was tucked away just perfectly in the woods but not super isolated, which was perfect for me and my husband! We will definitely be back!!
Really great fall break in Blue Ridge. The cabin is incredibly clean and functional for our family of four. Great views and terrific proximity to Blue Ridge. The host did a wonderful job and has quite a bit of care for this house and his guests. Highly recommend.
This is a beautiful and cozy cabin! We loved being surrounded by forest. This is a very thoughtful host ground coffee was supplied, there were adequate hangers and open drawers available, and there were even luggage racks in the bedrooms. We would definitely return.
Ken was very helpful when needed. He answered messages promptly. We came in to a clean house with everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t think to bring was a lighter to light the fire outside, but they had everything else for you to start a fire. Fire starter, & wood. You are so close to town that if you absolutely need something you may have forgotten, it’s literally 3-5 mins away. Our kids loved all of the games they had. With 4 children, down town being so close was amazing after a long day of walking, shopping etc. we got to experience the parade this year and not far from the cabin but downtown where you need to be is free parking. There is a park nearby for kids as well. Downstairs bathroom has a heater that is so nice for the really cold mornings! I thought the motion light going upstairs was so neat and thoughtful. So convenient to come on as you’re walking up or down the stairs, especially with kids. We absolutely loved our stay! Will definitely be back. Thanks so much for such a great time in Blue Ridge!
I really liked our cabin. The house was so thoughtfully designed and it was and felt clean. We wished we would have booked a few extra days. The location of the cabin is great as well.
