Conch Key Villas #4. Newly remodeled for a Fantastic Florida Keys Vacation!

Studio unit with a King Bed plus a pull-out Futon, one bath. The studio comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1 child.

This unit includes a boat slip and ample parking for your boat trailer and truck. We can handle boats up to 25' in length.

We are on the quaint and charming island of Conch Key located just north of Marathon Florida. Our clean and comfortable accommodations nestled behind a gated entrance and beautiful landscaping offer a green oasis for relaxation. A boat ramp is located a short distance away right on Conch Key. Unit 4 is located upstairs, the street side provides treetop views of our tropical palms and the Gulf side balcony has unobstructed panoramic views of the clear tropical waters of the Florida Gulf.

Your accommodations provide a fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, comfortable king size bed, pull out futon, bed and bath linens, cable and wireless internet. The studio sleeps 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. The common area utility room includes a bait freezer and coin operated washer and dryer. There is also a fish cleaning station, wash-down hoses at your slip and large ice machine to fill your cooler.

After your day of fun in the Keys gather at our outside grill/bar area for fish stories and remembrances of your wonderful day and view the most spectacular sunsets in the Keys.

Relax, sit back, and enjoy the views. Have a glass of wine or a cold beer and watch the stunning sunsets over the water. This upstairs studio has views that cannot be matched.

Downstairs you can grill up the catch of the day or enjoy dinner on your private balcony complete with tables and chairs.

This villa is located in a small fishing community that reflects the authentic Florida Keys, Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 10 minutes away from many activities.

Kayaking, Stand-up Paddle boarding, snorkeling, and man other activities are just minutes away.

We had an amazing time at conch key villas! The apartment was clean and well stocked. Our host was great, super nice and communicative. It was incredible waking up and seeing bequtiful views of the gulf -- we would even see manatees ans tarpon visiting our dock from the window. We rented a boat and used the boat slip with no issues, we even called the host while out on the water for tips on navigating the channel into conch key. We cannot recommend conch key villas enough, and are already planning our return visit!

The condo was so cute and the property manager was wonderful! The little neighborhood it is in is so cute as well! Great location on the water and it was nice to have a boat stall included.

This was an amazing place to stay!! Very comfortable and the view was incredible! Our own private balcony which was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets! Nice courtyard for a bit of shade in the middle of the day. Everything we needed was provided. Quiet and cozy location, tucked away from all busy tourist places. Perfect location and hosts! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

The property was very nice. We loved the view! It was great to have kayaks and paddleboards.It was quiet and relaxing. The window shade in the front window and front door needs replacing. But everything else was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely paradise!!! We met 2 other couples who also brought their boats and we all had the sundown party at the tiki bar almost every night. We made new friends - 3 other couples, 3 dogs. Enjoyed 3 boats, beautiful sunsets, swimming off the dock, catching fish and one small nurse shark, manatee sighting, tarpon, parrot fish.... I will add this is also one of the safest places we have stayed in the Keys over the last 17 years. Small key, quiet and a complete getaway experience. Easy day trip to Key West or up to Islamorada. We also bought fresh lobster tails and stone crab claws from a working dock on Conch Key - right from the boat. We will stay here every time we go to the Keys. Thank you, Daphne and David. See you next year!

Had a nice stay- paddle boarded, swam. We came during off season after Labor Day, minimal tourists . Took a day trip to key west, another day snorkeling trip, another pedestrian bridge to pigeon key. Very nice cozy unit fully remodeled - comfy king size bed.

Gem on Conch Key

Our first visit to the Keys was made even better by Conch Key Villas. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and helpful. The villas have been remodeled and are nicely furnished. The water is just steps away from the door, and the community outdoor spaces are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal View.

The property was better than expected and the host was present and very helpful. Our first day we changed plans just to sit and watch the aquatic life directly below us. Tarpon, manatee, sharks, eagle rays, rainbow and blue parrot fish all right at the dock. The room was well appointed for our needs and comfortable. My wife was happy and so was I. Great place to enjoy the keys for first time. 20–30 min to Islamorada and the same to Marathon. 1.5hrs to key west and that was a good day trip. The kayaks are right at the dock too so it was easy to get in and explore. Will be planning to come again soon.

Perfect Paradise in Conch Key

We have been visiting the Keys for 15 years and this is by far the best experience. Pete, the property manager, gave us a bottle of champagne when we arrived for our anniversary! What a nice welcome. Having our boat out back was perfect. The suite is beautifully renovated with high-end appliances, comfortable furniture and all the supplies we wanted. Fabulous sunsets, manatee, bird and tarpon watching from the balcony. Pete helped accommodate our F350 and boat trailer. Great laidback neighborhood - everyone is friendly and Pete is over-the-top wonderful.
