Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Maximum of 2 parking spots available per house due to HOA regulations. Parking in the street is prohibited and towing will be at owners expense.
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
No smoking inside the house or near open doors. Any smoke smell inside the house will be an extra $200 charge for cleaning.
