Our family very much enjoyed our long weekend at this property in Big Bear! You can tell care was taking with the decor and supplies, we especially enjoyed the poker set with chips! Host was communicative, check out and in process was easy. Would stay here again.

Our stay was great. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. He helped us get a little more light. It was easy to find and the location was convenient to access some things such as the alpine slides were a bit aways but it was probably due to the holiday traffic. The rooms fit my family of 6 and my parents. My kids enjoyed the entertainment. Overall it was a great stay other than the occasional loud neighbor.
