Beautiful location to see the sunsets on Big Bear Lake. Close to kayak rentals and shopping and restaurants. Linda and Norman were excellent hosts, welcoming us with flowers and a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration.

This was a perfect place for our girls/sisters 50th birthday getaway. Close to everything and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The host were great as well welcomed us with flowers and a bottle of wine. Will definitely recommend and hopefully we can visit again in the future.

The host were very nice, even greeted us to fill out the paperwork at the locationI’ve always wanted a lakefront view in big bear and this was world class viewThe stars were amazing the pelicans and the ducks were amazing and the sunset was amazingThat being said, there hasn’t been an improvement in the place in probably 50 or 60 years;If you’ll settle for an amazing lakefront view this yourPlace

Thank you very much for the review. Glad you appreciated the scenic view and surroundings. Just one small note, the house was built in 1996 (not 50 or 60 years ago). We purchased the house in 2009. Since that time, we’ve invested over 100K in improvements, including an additional deck, a dock, new siding, and upgrading all the furniture and carpeting (sometimes more than once). Offhand, the only things I can recall that came with the original house that have not been improved are the bathroom fixtures as well as the kitchen sink and countertop.
