Our stay was amazing! The place was very clean, close to the beach, and in a great area. The host, Justin, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Could not recommend this place enough!

Good location, close enough to walk to the pier, while not feeling too crowded. There was a minor hiccup with the garage use, but it was quickly and easily resolved. We loved that there was parking for both of our vehicles. We even got to meet a neighbor's cat.

The unit was very comfortably furnished with all necessities provided for a short stay! On site parking was a pkus and having access to the beach right around the corner was the highlight!

Great stay! Justin’s place has everything you need. We stayed for a few nights while our house was getting some work done. We were able to work from there, cook, and easily walk to the beach!! I was worried about the train at night but didn’t ever wake us up! Thanks for a great stay!

We have a large dog and did well. Took time to get used to new noises, but he did well. Great location, very clean and it was ready when we arrived. Great security. Locked gate to get on the property, locked gate to get to the door and a two lock front door. Fort Knox!

Overall it was a great little place to stay just a block from the beach. Everywhere is walkable which is a plus. There is no AC so it gets very hot. The host provides three fans that do help. I completely missed the fact there was no AC, the only thing in the listing that “says” there is no AC is that it’s not listed in the amenities. I told the host that it can easily be overlooked just like what happened to us, and he was very understanding and will work on making it more noticeable in the listing. Other than that it was a great stay and enough space for one or two people. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the other people living in the area were all friendly.

Stayed here for a month in July. Without an AC, it was a bit hot during the day (would suggest a small/portable AC). Other than that, had everything I needed. Nice and close to the beach. Great area for walking around!

We loved the location of this affordable getaway. The kitchen had everything. The furnishings were thoughtful and comfortable. We walked to beach, restaurants and shopping with ease. We enjoyed riding our bikes. Host was responsive to all communications. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The host was extremely helpful and always available. This property is quiet and humble, which is exactly why we wanted to stay here. There is a train, but with the fans running and window closed, it did not disturb me... and I am a light sleeper. As a female, I never felt unsafe and walked to the town and pier solo. I stayed here in June. There is no AC but with the beautiful coastal weather, and the 2 fans provided used with a couple of open windows, it was refreshing. Again, a very quiet surrounding. I would stay here again.
