2 Bedroom **Phoenix East** Splash Pad ~ GULF FRONT!

Soothing beige walls and cooling tiled floors distinguish this wonderfully furnished two bedroom two bathroom condo from many others. Living area furnishings include a comfortable couch and two armchairs, where you can relax after a long day of fun in the sun, and watch your favorite shows or films on the wall-mounted flat screen television, which has a DVD player. Your kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, and two stools are at the lovely granite breakfast bar. If you want to be more formal, a round table with four chairs is close by. You can also dine on the balcony, which offers four chairs and stunning views of the white sand beaches and the colorful blue waters of the Gulf. In your master bedroom suite is a king-size bed with new mattress and beautiful spread and a 32 in flat screen television on top of a dresser, and private access to the balcony. The master bathroom and the one attached to the guest bedroom have sinks placed in granite vanity countertops, and combination bathtubs and showers. The guest bedroom provides a pair of queen-size beds with new mattresses and spreads and also offers a 32in flat screen television.

Great location for views of sunrise and Perdido Pass

Nice two bedroom 4th floor unit with master that opens to patio that overlooks pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen if you decide to dine in and great restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe and Fiddlefish) within walking distance if you want to eat out. Will stay again.

I come to Orange Beach every year but this is my first time staying at a Phoenix property. I was not very impressed. The morning after arriving I contacted the service desk to change the light bulb in the kitchen. Later that same afternoon I asked a 2nd time. The light was not fixed until the day before we left because I called a 3rd time to complain. It was so dark in the kitchen I couldn’t even tell if the ground meat was cooked without holding a flashlight. I also thought the lighting in the master bath where the shower is located was very bad. This unit needs some upgrades and repairs. The dryer barely worked to dry towels. The door to laundry area was all beat up and barely hanging on. Besides the room, we had a good time because we love the area!! Next time I don’t believe I will book at a Phoenix property.

I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future.

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Completely furnished with everything that you could possibly need for your stay and more. The complementary starter packs of toiletries and kitchen products was a nice touch. We had only one issue with the condo when we first arrived - the door to the washer/dryer was broken into pieces, it looked like it may have been hit with a cleaning cart or something on the way out. I called and reported it immediately to Brett Robinson and they were extremely helpful. The rest of the trip with smooth sailing and relaxing. The only complaint that I have about the Phoenix East property itself is that the pool needed to be cleaned more often. However, the staff was great. They even turned on the lights to the pickleball courts for my husband and boys to play later in the evenings. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future.

Ok condo, but would not rent again

The only positive thing that I can say is that the decor is nice. The condo itself needs lots of TLC. The kitchen needs to be repainted. The rug in the living area is filthy. The tile floors are disgusting and have a film of sunscreen and grime on them. I could not bare to walk around with out shoes on. There are not enough cooking utensils. There are not even any pot holders. We had to call the front desk for a baking pan because the one in the unit was so nasty. We did have a wonderful view and it is located near the elevator.

We were locked in our condo

We were about to leave our condo when the door knob decided to try to come off and we were not able to turn it to open the door. After calling the desk and rigging it up we got it open but had to put tape over the lock so we could use it. Then we were told several times over the following two days maintenance would be there to fix it. Not only for safety reasons but it required us to deal with letting security and maintenance in six different times. We also got to our condo early on Saturday but it was not ready to go in until 5:30 central, when we got to the door I had to move to large cleaning carts so we could get in the door. The floors were still wet from mopping. The carts remained outside out door until I told the front desk as we were leaving for dinner. I’m curious about something you are now going to critique me as a guest because I am leaving this note? As a guest we cleaned out the dishwasher, took out the trash, set the air as directed in your note, locked all the doors and left the condo as instructed. I’m not sure that as a guest you should critique me.

Fall Break Family Trip

Overall good experience. When we arrived linens were dirty but housekeeping brought up clean items. This seemed to be maintenance season which caused more noise than normal but when at the beach it could not be heard. Beds were not the most comfortable ESP in the guest bedroom. One bed had a mattress that even my kids said needed replaced (they needed up sharing the other bed since it was much more comfortable). Good location if you want away from the crowds.

Perfect For a Girls Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our girls getaway! I have zero complaints and I shared a bathroom with several girls! The vanity in the room with the king bed and ocean view is so long there's room for everyone to primp;) Didn't use the kitchen much (because the condo is so close to great restaurants), but it was well equipped for cooking with a spacious countertop that would have made prep easy if we'd been inclined to skip out on the great local dining. This unit is clean and comfortable, has a perfect ocean view, a nice, pool, and it's right on the beach! What else can you ask for?!

Gorgeous Views, Excellent Location

We could not have been more happy with this adorable unit. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms made our stay more than comfortable. Close to the elevator, overlooking the pool, & plenty of room for our group. The condo is situated near so many of our favorite restaurants and shops in Orange Beach. And did I mention the views? It simply doesn't get better than curling up on this spacious balcony with a cup of coffee to watch the sun come up over the turquoise Gulf waters--right from our unit! We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed in condition of condo. Handle broken in bedroom, hair dryer did not work in guest room. stove have 2 burners disconnected, we did get one connected. No hand towels or wash cloths. CD player did not work. Only good part was nice location and area was clean.

Fabulous condo, Can't wait to come back!

This condo is fabulous! You immediately feel relaxed when you walk in and everything is so clean. We had everything we could ever need on vacation. The decor is nice and whimsical and the view from the balcony is so beautiful! You really feel like you are able to relax and enjoy the beach. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Oh so cute

The condo is precious and the view is amazing. Found the condo to be clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for sitting on the balcony and over looking the jetty as well as the gulf. One of the most relaxing vacations we have taken. The kids loved having the queen beds and tv in 'their' room, and the distance from the den and MB is wonderful. Would definitely recommend this condo.. We have already booked our next trip.
