We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with everything as stated in the listing. The beds were comfy and the property was very nice. It was the perfect location for my husband to be able to fish the jetties and I was able to lounge on the beach. Our beach attendant, Pate at Perdido Beach Service did an outstanding job taking care of everyone at the beach.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony watching the boats going in and out of the bay. Only thing that could have been better is a shorted walk to the beach. Not a bad walk but for older individual's it can be a challenge. Overall, very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the beach

Great place to stay right on the beach. Childproofed well enough for my 2 year old. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We will most likely book again at this location. We had a great time!

Quick downtime

We are fans of Grand Pointe. This unit had everything we needed. No issue's. Nicely furnished and clean. My wife is a clean freak and this unit passed the test especially the bedsheets. I would visit again.

You asked. TV’s - too small/no instructions. Furniture- uncomfortable. Pillows like a brick. If you are going to provide paper products spend a dollar or two more and get good toilet paper and paper towels. Shower appears to have mold around the base.

Overall nice condo but could use some much needed updates.

Clean for the most part, furniture could definitely use a GOOD cleaning, desperately needs more cooking utensils (rubber spatulas etc), only had 1 pot holder(makes getting things out of the oven a little dangerous). Condo had a mixer but didnt have beaters. Definitely made cooking difficult. We had to clean out the water tank on coffee maker before being able to use as it had coffee grounds in it. More handicap parking would be nice. Toliets were VERY LOW to the ground for my older parents. Also, we were not given a code for the gate, it was not in any email or text communications. We had to find out from other guest. It could also use some updating throughout the entire condo. Indoor/out pools and hot tubs were nice. All in all nothing that would stop me from staying again but could use some improvements.
