The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We ask all our guests to honor the 11 am check-out time. Our cleaning team works on a tight schedule to get the home ready for next guests.
We charge a $30 fee to ship back lost items + the cost of shipping. Guests must provide a FedEx account number so the cost of shipping is billed directly to the Guest.
Please make sure to return garage clicker to kitchen counter. Failure to leave garage clicker in the home will result in additional cost of $50.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you must smoke, please step outside, away from the house. A $500 smoking fee will apply if we need to remove smoke from the listing.
This is a pet-free home. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if we need to remove hair, droppings, urine, and/or odors from the home.
NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if guests do not follow this rule
