Lake Front House in Beautiful Guffin Bay, Chaumont
Consider this large lake front house your home away from home while you visit the Lake Ontario area. We are located on Point Salubrious, Chaumont. This property features 4.5 bedrooms with a mix of 1 queen, 3 full, 2 twin and 1 full futon beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Guest can bake and cook together in the 2 full kitchens, enjoy sunrise from the front deck, grill on the patio, gather around the firepit for stories and conversations, or just relax on the swings. And bring your bike and scooters to ride along the quiet lake shore neighborhood. This house is part of the Guffin Bay Resort and Marina community that has 13 RV sites, 5 cabins, and a motel structure as well as the Bay Shop. It is a great spot for fishing and your booking includes launching and 1 boat slip at our marina. We are 12 miles to Cape Vincent, 15 miles to Watertown, and 25 miles to Alexandria Bay. There are local restaurants and attractions for everyone to enjoy!
