Mountain Retreat located just 2 hours from Washington DC. Nestled on 15 acres complete with a private pool, hot tub, pond stocked with catfish, and walking trails throughout the property! Whole home will sleep up to 14 people (including pull out couch). Four bedrooms and 1 studio bedroom with kitchenette. Great for multiple family members/families and pet friendly!
Just minutes from Lost River State Park/Trout Pond, stocked fishing holes, Smoke Hole Caverns, trout farms and more! This home is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed, this property offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

The house was nice and spacious for a family. The pool is well maintained with many toys and floaties available. The playground and trampoline were enjoyable for the kids. The only concerns were that the grill wasn't suitable for cooking and the kitchen cooking ware weren't organized and clean. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience!

What a wonderful time we had! The house is huge and was perfect for our needs with a full apartment-like setting downstairs, 1st Floor primary suite and then room for all the kids upstairs. There's a crib and bunk beds and toys! The Kitchen is gorgeous and well apportioned. We spent many hours as a family around the island cooking, eating and playing games! House was clean clean clean! New or clean bedding on all the beds. Comfortable mattresses! And almost everything you could need. Took some walks in the wooded area in the back. Only thing we didn't love is that there are neighbors rather close by and they were a little grumpy but that isn't the hosts fault! All in all - So Much Fun! Thank you Ashley for a fantastic trip and we are looking forward to coming back when the pool is open!
