About the host
Hosted by Sonya
Hi, I'm Sonya. My husband and I own Guardian In Home Health & Security in Glencoe, MN. We help seniors stay in their own homes. We are very passionate about helping others. We have lived about 9 miles south of this home for the last 25+ years and raised our family here. We have a cabin in rural South Dakota and like to hunt & fish. We travel frequently and like to garden, cook and eat delicious, fresh food.
Why they chose this property
Hutchinson offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure. Nestled along the Crow River, it's known for scenic trails like the Luce Line State Trail, beautiful parks, and a walkable downtown filled with local shops, restaurants, and art. Enjoy live music, festivals, and community events throughout the year.
Whether you're biking through the countryside, sampling wines at Crow River Winery, exploring local art at the Hutchinson Center for the Arts, or just soaking in a stunning sunset over the fields, Hutchinson is a peaceful yet vibrant destination that feels like a hidden gem — just an hour from the Twin Cities.

What makes this property unique
Sonya's Answer:
Our house is clean. So many times, I have arrived at a VRBO or hotel and was highly disappointed at their version of clean. Unfortunately for me, I can not get comfortable in a dirty environment. So fortunately for you, this home is very clean!
No one lives at this home. So no clutter. The home has everything a guest needs. Including plenty of empty space to put your stuff.
Country living off a paved road with easy access to town, while still maintaining complete privacy. No neighbors, you want to crank your music up while sitting under the stars by a roaring fire...at 2am? Go ahead. Enjoy yourself.
AI's Answer:
Farm charm. Trailside adventure. Fireside memories. All in one stay.
Tucked between the farm fields and forest, this charming 2-bedroom getaway is your home base for country calm and outdoor fun. Just 0.4 miles from a winery and 0.6 miles from the Luce Line Trail, you’re close to it all—yet feel a world away.
Enjoy morning coffee with apple trees and pines in view, grill dinner on the deck, and unwind by the fire pit under the stars. With space for families or friends, a fully equipped kitchen, and room to breathe, this is the rural reset you didn’t know you needed.
