This executive home was constructed in 2015. You can expect stunning hardwood floors & crown moldings throughout. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped executive kitchen, dining room washer, dryer, private deck and BBQ.
Property has a single car garage and driveway available.
As you enter the main door on the first floor, there is a stairway and a door to the left, which provides access to the garage and 1st bedroom. The 1st bedroom comes with a double bed, workspace area, has access to the washer, dryer and backyard.
A walk up the stairway will lead you towards the main floor embodied with an open concept, 9 ft ceiling kitchen, living room, dining area, half bathroom and access to patio.
On the third floor, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite, a third bedroom, the main bathroom and a linen closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.
PS If you decide to walk down the hill to view the beautiful st John's harbour, be prepared for the uphill climb back home lol you're sure to get your cardio in!
