Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or to explore everything SPI has to offer, this is the perfect home base.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the tub/shower
If you used any of the beach items please rinse and allow to dry before placing items back in closet
Sweep up any excessive sand in the condo
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If more than 6 guest a charge of 200.00 per night per guest will apply
Check out is 10 AM - There are absolutely no exceptions. There will be an additional $50 fee for every 15 mins after 10:00 a.m,

Stacey was great in responding to our first day questions. The unit itself was nice and overall it was clean. The size was good. We were a party of two, so we had plenty of room. It is up two small flights of stairs. We prefer ground level, but none available. We did not use all of the amenities, but I’m sure they get used plenty. Overall, no issues from us.

Beach life

Very clean place, comfortable beds and furniture. Very open kitchen, dinning room, living room area. We also enjoyed hanging out in the little deck area. They have a small blackstone griddle that was fun to use on the deck. Felt like being at home. Communication with the owners was quick and pleasant. Neighbors were quiet so we too kept pretty quiet. Nice little pool area with nice loungers.

Nice Location and Amenities

Location is great, condo is clean and as described in the listing. It was also nice to have some beach necessities in the unit like a cart to move stuff to and from beach, an umbrella, as well as coolers. We enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing Place

We absolutely loved this place. The pictures are exactly what you get. Very clean and welcoming. Anything we needed was at the house. It was easy to find and short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive to any question and always responded quickly. We are very happy we choose this property!

Condo matched the online pictures perfectly and had many little thoughtful items that were included that one wouldn't have thought of. Kitchen was well stocked making meal prep easy. Overall cleanliness was right up to my standards which are very high! I would certainly book this "home away from home" again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was exactly as advertised. Extremely homey, they had everything we needed such as pots, pans, grill even beach accessories. To top it all off I forgot our family games at home but they had their own for us to pick from. Beds were clean and comfortable it felt like we were sleeping on clouds. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location and exceptional property

The rental was well maintained and clean. Beds were super comfortable to sleep on and the owner thought of all the minor details that set this property apart from others we have rented in the past. The kitchen was equipped with everthing you could need and bathrooms stocked with some toiletries that we were glad they had available. This unit has everything you need for a pleasant stay away from home that is also close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. You won't be disappointed.

South Padre family vacation

Was a beautiful condo and worked well for 2 couples. Nice short walk to beautiful beach! Pool was very nice and water was clean and well-maintained. Area around the pool could use a tuneup and chairs are getting a little used, but still was perfect set up for us. This part of town was nice, but starting to show its affects of tourists. A little heavy and use. Was a great experience.

Awesome Property and Host

Just got back from 4 days at SPI. This property was exactly as described and shown. Wife and I took 2 senior girls for a few days. Enjoyed by all. Beach access was close, best beach food (Palms Cafe) was located right at the beach access. Next beach access over had shower and bathrooms. Road well lit at night. Pool super clean just like the condo. Host was very responsive to pre and post-visit questions. For the price and perfectly situated on SPI with all the amenities of home; we would absolutely stay here again !

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well maintained. We really liked the pool. It is a small complex so there weren't a lot of people while we there. Often times we were the only guests in the pool area. The listing does say that there is a hot tub, there is no hot tub. Little bit of a bummer, but we were fine with just the pool. The beach is easily accessible, which was great. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The only suggestion that we have is that a mattress topper on the master bed would be nice. It's a firm bed, my husband complained about it. The queen beds have toppers and they are very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Convenience

Everything we needed for our stay in the condo was there. Beach towels, beach chairs for our use. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment including a crockpot. We left our car parked 80% of the time. We walked everywhere. Everything we needed was within a mile even a good grocery store. We explored the island with ease. The farthest we had to walk was only about 2 miles to hear great music. Stacey was a great host and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. We plan to stay again !

Spacious, clean, pretty

We stayed at Moon Dancer#11. The property was exactly as advertised online. Property manager, Stacy was quick to greet us via email to be sure we were happy and comfortable. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of bath towels. We’ll stocked kitchen . Loved having the washer dry in the unit. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom’s spacious. The furnishings very nice. Beach toys in closet a plus. Pool was nice and clean as well. Beach was a short walk although we drove down the beach to access 6 to get away from the crowds. If you do walk to the beach there is a great cafe on the Oceanside. Palm cafe? Very good! We would definitely stay again!!

Great time at the Beach

This property has all that we wanted. The description of the property matched what we saw on the website. The living area was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals when we wanted to. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus for our monthly rental. We used the beds in the second bedroom and they were very comfortable. The internet was very fast which was perfect for our tv streaming. As far as where the condo is located, it truly is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. And for people like us, who love to walk, there is also a great walking trail at the end of the block. Our host provided all the beach items you could want, although we didn't use them: chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, cooler, toys, etc. There are great restaurants within easy walking distance. Our favorites were the Padre Island Brewing Company which has great happy hour specials, and the Meatball Cafe which has delicious Italian food. There is also a nice local grocery store you can walk to. Thanks to our host, Stacey, who responded quickly to our questions before checking in and even checked in with us to see how it was going during our stay.
