Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

The dunes blocked most of the beach but was ok because the access was PERFECT and to the pool was exceptional. Had some water issues but they did the best the best they could on getting on at nights. Communication could have been better with the situation but the owners made it right. They were extremely kind!

The host (Ed) was very pleasant to deal with and the email he sent explained the check in process precisely. The unit was very clean and ready to go. Beachfront access was awesome and we were on the beach walking every morning/evening we we’re there. It had everything we needed for an absolute wonderful time. Easy access within a few minutes to restaurants and stores.

Outright, it was a great location for our vacation. We've stayed at a number of beachfront locations over the years and I applaud this location for being both very free of sand but overall holding up great and being maintained. The owners have considered the variety of activities you may want and provide the tools or foundations for having that spontaneous good time. We are thankful in being able to share in their space.

Ed the host was very helpful. Things like Kleenex paper towels and toilet paper would be helpful. Having a pantry and laundry in the room was great . Very peaceful and great beach. I wish there was a car rental place on the island.
