Enjoy relaxing evenings in the screened porch or brick patio overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and Gunstock Mountain in the distance. If you need to get away and get some work done, enjoy the large den off the dining room. If banging away on a keyboard while trying to relax on your vacation doesn't suit you, then enjoy 100 ft of shared beachfront with the estates other 2bedroom/2bathroom boathouse rental property **(listed separately and can be booked in conjunction with this property). This home also has a boat slip available on a brand new 25 foot long U shaped crib dock in the calm and inviting waters of Melvin Bay.
