Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

Examples of vehicles that will be restricted from entry include:

1. Cars equipped with breathalyzers, makeshift or faulty controls, or malfunctioning brakes.
2. Oversized vehicles, including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles, such as those with wide wheels, external lockers, or containers, which are difficult to maneuver in the garage.
4. After-market lifted vehicles or those with custom rims and oversized tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-style controls.

**Pet Policy:**
Pets are permitted based on their size, but please inform us in advance if you plan to bring one to prevent any cancellations. A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged as follows:

* **1 to 4 nights:** \$25 per pet, per night
* **5 to 29 nights:** \$200 per pet
* **30 nights or more:** \$300 per pet

Please note that we are not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

**Guest Verification:**
Guest verification is required before check-in. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is collected strictly for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.

**Rental Agreement:**
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:

* Follow our rental terms and conditions
* Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in
* Complete a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms
* Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions

Guests must submit the required information within **24 hours of booking** (or within **1 hour for same-day bookings**). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.
