This Nantucket vacation home is located 1.5 miles to Cisco beach and a short walk down bike path to Cisco Brewers. This "upside down" house has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, private pool and spa. Upon entering, you come into a long gallery hall with oak floors and a custom shaker coat rack. Through a pocket door is the well equipped laundry area with raised pedestal washer and dryer, soapstone countertop with sink. Linen and coat closets nearby offer ample storage. Down the hall you will find the primary bedroom which has a luxurious upholstered king size bed, fireplace and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a marble vanity, herringbone marble mosaic floor and a combined shower and tub. The walk in closet completes this suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, lots of natural light, flatscreen TV and attached bathroom with subway tile shower surround and mosaic marble floor. Bedroom 3 has a nautical theme with a twin over full size bunk bed and flatscreen TV. The hall bathroom is close by with mosaic floor, pedestal sink and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed, ample closet space and attached bathroom with mahogany top vanity and a shower with beveled subway tile surround. The side hall leads you out to the covered porch where rocking chairs beckon you to sit down and relax!
Back inside, the light filled stairs lead you up to the second floor which has an open plan layout and hosts the kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, bar area with ice maker and subzero wine fridge, large central island with bar sink. The dining area has a Swedish style trestle table and French bistro chairs with seating for 12. The living room is spacious with two seating areas. One with an oversized sectional grouped around the wood burning fireplace with raised bluestone hearth and large flatscreen TV above. The second conversation area has bookshelves with games, the latest summer novels, and a sonos sound system. Two sets of French doors lead you out to the wrap around deck which offers panoramic views of the pool, a neighboring horse farm and the tree tops of this scenic 2 acre property. Various outdoor seating areas and a Wolf gas grill make this the ultimate entertaining space. Beyond the kitchen is bedroom 5 with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with marble vanity, inset medicine cabinet and shower with marble niche. There is also a shell themed powder room off the kitchen. The lower level consists of two additional bedrooms- one having a king size bed, the other having queen bunk beds. These share a bathroom with a walk in shower. A large entertainment area with a flatscreen TV, gaming TV and wet bar with sub zero fridge drawers and an additional ice maker gives you additional space to spread out. There is a second washer/dryer set on the lower level. The house is fully equipped with all necessary linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, etc...The house has central air conditioning, wifi, cable TV with premium channels such as HBO and Showtime, flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms, the upstairs living room and lower level entertainment room.
Outdoors is a vacationers dream! The heated pool is surrounded by a bluestone patio on one side with seating area, second Wolf gas grill, and the spa. The sun deck has chaise lounges and umbrellas.
