5 Bedrooms all with En-Suite bath (5 full baths), Walk-In Closets, black-out shades + 2 half baths. Double bunk beds + entertainment center in lower level. PLUS a cabana with a Full Bathroom, wet bar (refrigerator/freezer, ice maker) and black-out shades. Outdoor includes a heated, inground pool. Perfect for Multiple Families!

THE FIRST FLOOR
Enter to the shiplap hall that opens to a sun drenched, open concept, great room which includes state-of-the-art white kitchen (Wolf stove/oven, Subzero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertops), dining room that seats 10 and living room. Highly sought after spacious master bedroom with King bed and en suite bath with separate bath tub to the left of the entrance hall. Tiled Mudroom with powder room and washer/dryer/utility sink to the right of the entrance hall.

SECOND FLOOR
A grand staircase leads up to 3 large bedrooms, all en-suite. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds, en-suite bathrooms and oversized closet space.

LOWER LEVEL
Retreat downstairs to the large living area with Media & Entertainment Center's large smart TV and comfy leather couches. Two sets of bunk beds line the back wall of this room, a perfect place for kids to sleep at night and play during the day. The third master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath with double vanity is set back from the main room.. There is a powder room on this floor.

CABANA
Natural shiplap cabana with large indoor/outdoor sectional that can sleep two. Full Bathroom (enclosed outdoor shower), wet bar (refrigerator/freezer, ice maker) and black-out shades.

OUTDOOR
Beautiful private pool and grill are situated between the house and cabana. Outdoor space includes two covered side porches . 2 Car Parallel Driveway out front.
