The space:

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious, elegantly furnished living room — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Featuring an 85” TV, a premium Marantz surround sound system, and a PS5, the space is designed for an unforgettable entertainment experience. Whether you’re watching a movie, enjoying your favorite music, or diving into immersive gameplay, you’ll feel like you’re at the center of it all.

The adjacent chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and features an espresso machine — so you can enjoy fresh, café-quality coffee each morning in the comfort of your own space.

Downstairs, you’ll find the serene Home Cardio & Sauna Zone, outfitted with a rower and stationary bike for energizing workouts. After your session, relax in the private built-in sauna — a luxurious way to recharge.

Sauna can fully heat up to sufficient temperature in 3 hours. We also kindly ask that you avoid using the sauna during the summer months, as it can warm the entire lower level.

A dedicated office space offers a quiet, focused environment for remote work or personal projects — blending functionality with comfort. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, two external monitors, a printer/scanner, a spacious work desk and ergonomic chair, and a thoughtfully curated library, it’s the ideal setup for staying productive and inspired during your stay.

Families will appreciate the cozy children’s room, thoughtfully stocked with toys, books, and soft seating, providing a safe and joyful space for little ones to play and relax.

The entire home is equipped with Hunter Douglas automatic shades, scheduled to open and close daily for optimal natural light, comfort, and privacy — offering a seamless, guest-friendly experience from morning to night.

Step outside into a beautifully designed backyard oasis, surrounded by Colorado’s treasured aspen trees that provide both stunning scenery and serene privacy. Equipped with a high-end Bull charcoal grill, gas grill, and a Kamado Joe grill/smoker, you’re ready for everything from laid-back cookouts to refined dinners under the stars — all set against breathtaking sunset views.
