A bright, clean, modern and very comfortable 1 bedroom flat on the second floor of an award winning purpose built block.
The property is a lateral flat, which is accessed from the floor above. The stairs bisect the living space, with the large bedroom to the rear and the lounge at the front. The kitchen and bathroom are accessed from the lounge.

This central London apartment is a minute away from Pimlico tube station and 12 minutes walk from Victoria Station .


Perfect for those looking for somewhere quiet and centrally located to relax and unwind.

No matter which airport or train station you use to arrive in London, there is always an easy way to get to me. Just let me know in advance and I will tell you how. Pimlico is a predominantly residential area located in the heart of central London. There is a good selection of local shops and bars and many iconic tourist sights and attractions are within easy walking distance or a short bus ride from the flat.

Getting around
Public transport in London can be expensive. I suggest that you get an Oyster or Travel Card when you arrive as it makes travel easier and cheaper.

Great location as described, very convenient to walk to many tourist attractions. However, we did find two cockroaches in the suite and saw more by the elevator.

We are sorry to read here about the guest discovering cockroaches in our apartment. Had we been notified during the stay about the specific issue and that outside the apartment, our team would have come over to address them. We have taken preventative measures and raised the issue with the building manager to get the wider concern addressed.

The big plus is the location of the apartment, across the road from the tube station and waking distance to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.Communication with the host was excellent and all necessary information was on hand well in advance of our arrival. The apartment has everything you'll need for a short-term stay, with another bonus being a good washing machine and a new fridge.The complex is fairly old and the apartment needs a bit of TLC. The windows need some work to enable then to open and close properly, the kitchen window won't open at all and most of the others sound like they are on their last legs. The mixer tap over the sink in the bathroom needs a service and the bedroom wardrobe needs one of the hinges fixed so it will close properly. Other than those minor issues, the place is fine.

Apartment has a great location, very close to the Pimlico station. Home was clean, Liz was there to greet us at our arranged time. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the bed was lumpy and not very comfortable.

Nice spacious place, great location

We stayed here for two weeks for work and it was a very nice appartment for us. The location is great, the place is spacious and has everything you need. When it was really cold outside it was a bit harder to keep the place warm, but overall we would really recommend this and return again ourselves.

This is a great, simple stay in the heart of London. It has all you need and is steps from the train station. Only 4 stars because our representative from the rental company was pretty rude to us multiple times. Overall, it’s a great place to crash after a long day exploring London!

This was our second year staying at this rental, and we were again delighted with living there. The Pimlico-Tachbrook Street area is friendly, and full of helpful amenities. Having lived in London in my student days, I still have close friends living nearby, and they, too, find this flat an excellent choice in Central London. We hope to return!

Great stay and location

The place was nice and clean and spacious for 2 people. The check in was very easy.. Liz was very prompt in her responses. The location was conveniently across the street from the subway station, which we used for traveling everywhere in London. I would definitely return to this place next time I visit London. Highy recommended!

Great spot

Everything about this apartment was fine. It was very clean and nicely decorated. WiFi worked great, and bed was comfortable. Very quiet, too. Tube station across the street counterbalanced the lengthy walk north to Trafalgar Square and Chelsea shopping. There are several good breakfast spots nearby for pastries, etc.

Very nice location

We really enjoy staying there for the proximity of the City and Tube. You can walk to the major attraction and if you want to take the Tube, Pimlico station is accross the street. We also appreciate the number of restaurants and pubs around the appartment. The appartment was clean. We recommend this appartment if you want to be close to the City for activities but come back at the end of the day to spend time in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to cafe and breakfast as well.

Well located roomy flat with a fine kitchen

Weather was mixed but the flat is bright. Unique approach walkway through shrubs and flowers. Stairs from the entrance door down into the living room . The fixtures are above average. Would stay there again.

Christmas Get-a-way

My sister and I stayed at this property during our visit to London and Scotland. It was great to have a few days in a home vs. the hotels we had been in. The home was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of London in a quant neighborhood. It had all the amenities that we needed to finish out our stay in London. I really liked that we were secure by 2 gated entrances to the complex- we definitely felt safe! There are a couple of pubs within a couple minutes walking distance and if you ride the tube, Pimlico Station is literally right across the street, so convenient! Would stay here again!

Pleasant Pimlico

We loved our stay in this delightful flat! It was beyond our expectations in terms of offering everything we needed to enjoy twelve days in London. We were very pleased with the storage available and the functioning washer/dryer in the bathroom. We also enjoyed cooking simple meals in the kitchen and being directly across the street from the Pimlico tube station. Also, the flat was remarkably quiet for being in central London. All in all, we look forward to returning in the not too distant future— Thank you, Liz and Rodney, for making our return to London an enjoyable’coming home.’

Property switched last minute

Kind of unfair to review this specific property because we didn’t end up staying here. Last minute we got moved to a different place because of an issue with this apartment listed. The new place was excruciatingly tiny and freezing. Didn’t complain during our stay because we used it as a crash pad and didn’t spend much time there. The place was a 5 minute walk to the Victoria tube stop so it was very convenient.

APARTMENT SWITCH

Due to unknown circumstances we went to an entirely different apt. It was ok. Extremely small kitchen, bathroom. Flushing the toilet was a problem. There was a light out. The good news was it was very quiet, especially since it was facing the street. I don't think I'd use this management co again.

Roaches and Water Leak

The apartment had a water leak right before we arrived that we were not informed about. The property manager had a dehumidifier going and stated she was going to come in each day to check on in but would call or text before entering each day. I never received any communication from her. The property also had a bad roach problem.

We note the issues raised and are surprised by the sensationalist reporting in the review, given that the guest made no attempt to raise them with us during, or after their stay. Roaches - for a brief period, a few roaches were entering the property (1-2 per day). We tracked the source of the roaches to a neighbouring property, and pest control treated both properties and measures taken to prevent reoccurrence. This has been resolved. Water leak - due to heavy rainfall, there was some water ingress during the spring. This took the form of dampness in the entry wall. In order to remove this moisture and ensure a healthy environment, the management company has supplied a dehumidifier and requested that it is used to extract the moisture and they are inspecting regularly. We advised the guest on arrival that we would be checking and emptying the dehumidifier on a daily basis and they did not raise any concerns at the time or at any stage during their stay.

Great position right opposite Pimlico Tube Station. Considering the age of the property the accommodation was good. Nice kitchen. Good bathroom. Good bedroom, lounge and dining area. Washing machine worked although dryer didn’t. Cockroaches inside (but not many), lots outside front door and pathway at night. Key did not fit properly and took a lot of jiggling, sometimes up to five minutes, to get it in lock properly. Team member, who was contact point, was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. As a result of the foregoing I decided to vacate before my departure date. Absolutely would not recommend this place. Very disappointed especially as I never got a response to an email sent to the company explaining my experience.
