Parking was a little expensive but it was only 70 for our 5 night stay. The host was amazing and let us rebook when my flight got canceled! The pool was amazing and the beaches were so beautiful and clean.

Emergency alarm with off and advised to evacuate the building with no explanation. We had no idea rather we were walking into an act of violence, fire, etc. When front desk was asked what the emergency was they couldn’t “give details at that time”

Sorry. Unfortunately, people drink and find it funny to pull the fire alarms when they walk by them. The building is looking into adding cameras as all of the emergency pull stations to catch and charge people pulling the alarms for no reason.

Great for a couple. Cramped with kids, little storage for clothes and the sofabed was broken and super uncomfortable. Parking on the 11th floor is horrible, be prepared to spend 15 mins getting your car out of there. I saw roaches on the parking garage, elevator and even the pool. Constant police presence at night, so being next to Pineapple Willis is not a positive. Bathroom sink was clogged they fixed it right away. Broom was super dirty. The view is amazing though.

The room was how it looked on post. Pool and beach was nice. The construction was a surprise as well as the lack of towels for the pool and only one roll of toilet paper. I probably wouldn’t have anything to say if we didn’t have to go buy TP after one day. I suggest leaving a few rolls cuz that really pissed us off the lobby wasn’t willing to provide either

Thanks for your feedback. The construction should not have been a surprise, it's the first sentence of the property description, it is the first thing you read. There isn't a lack of towels, there are 4-5 sets of towels in the condo. We do provide a startup supply of toilet paper and paper towels, which is also noted in the check-in instructions.

The host was awesome! Needs some upgrades with the air conditioner and refrigerator. Wasn’t impressed with the security of the room, needed a pad lock and a do not disturb sign. Parking was ridiculous with a twelve floor garage and assigned parking spots (on floor eleven). Check in/check out was easy. All issues were minor. We enjoyed our stay

I only give it this rating because we couldn’t tell if anyone had stayed in this room in a while. I say that with this being the following problems; the air conditioning unit was super dusty I had to dust it myself, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, the sheets could have been cleaner, and some utensils were broken including the Tupperware was broken, I also had to sweep up the floors, all in all it could have been cleaner. However I’ve been staying at the shores of Panama for 8 years and have never had a problem with any rooms, this is why I felt like maybe no one had stayed in this room for while. Other than that I will still go back maybe just not to this room again.

The Positives:The room was great for the most part and was perfect for 2 people and the view was amazing. The room was clean and nothing was broken. The resort location is fantastic and the pool/beach access really sets it apart from other resorts. I would definitely stay here again! For the negatives:If you have more than 2, it would be a very tight squeeze. There is zero storage or closet space so your stuff either has to be on the floor or the couch which takes away essentially all the seating in the condo. The parking spot for the unit is on the 11th floor of the parking garage which is not a big deal but it does take about 10/15 minutes just to go from the entrance to the parking spot.

Overall, it was a nice place for the price.. but we still payed a lot of money to stay here.. there were some issues worth noting. We found black curly hair throughout the entire bathroom.. on the walls, on the cabinets, in the sink, and in the shower. The bathtub had a sewage smell. Several dishes were dirty with old food still stuck to them, which made it hard to use the kitchen comfortably. We also saw multiple roaches during our stay. On top of that, the door lock gave us trouble during the last two days — we had to type in the code several times before it would finally work.The hosts' were very friendly and straight forward with check in instrustions and had fast replies.
